Individual user- and rights management
Marketing, product development, online marketing – companies usually have several hierarchical levels. Therefore, the reporting can become very complex. Mostly only very few users within the company have direct access to data like, for example, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights or DoubleClick. To make this data also available for other people in the company, it is normally necessary to export the data first and then place it into a different format. Since nowadays, information has to be distributed and made available in real time, time is an important matter. TrakkBoard offers the opportunity to set up a personal login for every employee in the company's account. Individual users can be assigned to a group that corresponds with their region, their department or their hierarchical level. A user can hence be part of both, marketing and management.
Rights- and security settings for users and groups

It can be set at different levels, such as Data source (e.g. Google Analytics), dashboard or chart, which users is allowed to have access to what data. Even if many data sources are linked to the TrakkBoard account, it can be assured, that people only can see the relevant information. In fact, there are many more detailed security settings in order to fulfil the requirements of big companies and prevent the misuse of data.
Sharing data and dashboards with other users
In addition to the user management, there are numerous functions for the dissemination of information and dashboards. Once created dashboards can be shared with other users and groups so that they all have direct access to the same data.
