Privacy policy of Trakken Web Services GmbH (hereinafter: Trakken)
Trakken takes the protection of the personal data of its customers as well as of the persons interested in its offers very seriously and adheres to the stipulations of the privacy laws. At the same time, Trakken is also providing information about the way it handles personal data.
1. On the Trakken website or when people use the site, personal data are on principle only collected to the extent that it is technically necessary. Personal data include inventory data, such as the name and address of a person, as well as the usage data (e.g. e-mail address, password, IP address). Data communicated in this context are required to establish, execute and handle the contracts and are necessary for the purpose of future customer service and customer care, and we process and use the data for those purposes only.
2. In order to demonstrate in a transparent manner how the protection of the data is ensured
and which data is collected for which purpose, we are providing detailed information about the
data processing.
Data transmitted by the browser of the individual user is stored automatically as part
of the inevitable server statistics. However, this data cannot be matched to specific persons
as a rule. There is no consolidation of the stored data with data from other data sources. Nor
are cookies used. In concrete terms, the stored data comprise the following:
- type and version of browser
- operating system used
- referrer URL (origin URL)
- host name of the accessing computer (IP)
- time of the server request
- visited HTML pages
3. No personal data is passed on to any third parties.
4. You are entitled to obtain information about stored data free of charge. We can provide information about the data stored on our systems within the previously described scope - especially the details provided by customers in connection with orders. The consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time with future effect, by notification to the address below or via e-mail.
